Topic: Problem with modem

Hi Have an SME server that is running with an external modem to connect to the internet.  It has been working fine up until now.  Now it doesn't connect and if I re-boot the server, it attempts to connect but does not complete the 'hand shake'.  After that, it no longer attempts to connect even when I try the 'test internet connection'.  Has anyone come across this before?  

P.S.  I tested the modem on another machine and it works fine.

My isp changed overnight from username as the login to username@ispdomain.com

I tested the ISP.  It still works with the original user name and password.  The phone line works fine, the modem works great on a test machine.  Is it possible that the modem rpm is corrupt?
