Topic: 5.6 backup mx server problem

I am net admin for a very small state agency.  The main 'network' department for our state changed ISP providers.  Since then, email is not delivered to my domain from other state agencies, although my users can send email to other agencies.

My issue is the undelivered email is being delivered to my backup MX 5.6 SME server.  How do I find the email on the server and is there anyway to 'force' it to deliver the email to the primary.  The backup server is able to ping the primary server and can telnet port 25 to the primary......I need this email to be delivered or I have to pull the plug on the backup so future messages bounce/fail.  Please help!!!

have you tried pointing the mail to the first server in the hosts and addresses screen of the manager?  just a thought
