Yes -
1 - create a new ibay w/desiredname
2 - set properties to group:everyone, access:write/group read/everyone, public access:entire internet (you may wish to select pwd required to provide an extra level of security), cgi:enabled.
3 - download the files somewhere (put them in /files for now?) and unzip per the previous instructions.  The copy the folder or the contents of the folder to your ibay /html folder.
4 - you should consider steps 2&3 a bit...  Putting the entire folder UNDER /html allows you to create a .htaccess file that forces access to further communications to your groupware to SSL mode.  This two-stage login allows a little extra privacy from network sniffing software that may pick up your ibay pwd (from the ibay login) in plain text.  (At least I assume that it is sent in plain text).

Just curious - which groupware package are you installing?

By the way - EgroupWare provides shared file management with the file manager module and it also includes a project management application.  Perhaps that satisifies the need you stated in your first post.
