Topic: email disappears in inbox

hallo all,

i use the sme 6.0 final for email and everything was running without a problem, after a system hard reset all email in my inbox disappeared. it's not visible neither with imap nor pop access or through webmail,  all other email in the other folders is still there and my inbox mail is there as well but just on the server "...maildir/current" . whatt's this ?

this anomaly just happened to me, all other accounts work just as expected.

First of all, in a console, check ownership of Maildir-folders (ls -l).
The ownership of your own maildirs must belong to you.
If it doesn't, then 'chown -R user:user Maildir' (without the hyphens, of course).
If it does, then cry for help once more (very loudly).
You might also search the fora and the bugtracker for comments on this problem.
