Topic: Server install and upgrade via HTTP

I have attempted to write a howto on how to do new and upgrade installations of SME 6.x via http.
As the howto states:  The steps listed may not be the best way to create an HTTP installation or upgrade
environment, but this is what is working for me.  There have been several inquiries on how to get this setup,
so I have shared what I did to make it work for me.
