Topic: Tape reminder notices

Everyone,

There has been some discussion about the tape reminder notices not being sent out under SME 6.x if there is a tape already in the drive.

I have written a short howto (Tape Backup Notifications) on how to get the tape reminder notices sent out regardless of if there is already a tape in the drive or not.

I'd appreciate any feedback anyone has to offer.  The howto says it's only for 6.0, but I currently have this running on SME 5.5 and 5.6.
