You're sure it's sitting in the queue?

/var/qmail/bin/qmail-qstat

Check /var/log/qmail/current for any errors. Why is it not being delivered.

Is qmail running?

svstat /service/*qmail

More information please.

Yes I'm sure it sits in the queue, someone else had the same problem on one of the other forums.

I used the maillog file analysis from server manager
and "list outgoing messages and recipients" and there they are!

This is thre result from:

Reasons for deferral

One line per reason for deferral. Information on each line:
* del is the number of deliveries that ended for this reason.
* xdelay is the total xdelay on those deliveries.

del   xdelay  reason
 33  2360.38  Sorry, I wasn't able to establish an SMTP connection. (#4.4.1)/

Why ?

Just searched the forums using "Sorry, I wasn't able to establish an SMTP connection. (#4.4.1)/"
and lots of people are having the same prob!

Pls help.

Your ISP is probably blocking port 25 from their clients, unless it's through their mail servers. Try smarthosting to your ISP's mail server (email panel), and see if that fixes it.
