Hello,

I have installed SME 6.0 on a HP Proliant ML 510 with a RAID 5 Controler : HP Smart Array 642.

I did have download drivers for this Array, put it on a disk and insert it when the program asks for additionnal drivers, otherwise the Hard Drive isn't detected, and the install cannot proceed.

It works with the SME 6.0 iso.

I saw a new version is available, so I download the ISO file, "md5sumed" it, burn it.

When the 6.0.1 program asks me, I inserted the same driver disk than for the 6.0. It lauchs Anaconda, then ask me for the installation langage (i chose french, because I am), then for the keyboard, then the licence, then stops because it 'cannot find any file system to install onto'. When anaconda runned, I saw the light on the disk device lighten for few second - but looks like it cannot find anything. Drivers aren't loaded.

Do you think I need more recent drivers (in think those I have are for RH 8.2) ? Should I stay on the 6.0 version ?

The server asks automatically, during the installation process, it asks if you want to install specific drivers.

I could retry the process and tells you *exactly* if necessary.
