Laplink and Internet Locator Service

I would like to set up an Internet Locator Service (ILS) for use by my clients so I can connect to their PCs using Laplink.  I don't see any discussion in the forums on Laplink, but there is some discussion of ILS.  However, I can't find info on how to open the correct port, and what steps to take to accomplish the rest.  I am just starting out, so any info is appreciated.  I'll be happy to post a how-to once I get it working.

You should take a look at Remote Administrator http://www.famatech.com/radmin/.

It is inexpensive, easy to use, uses much less resources than LapLink and works perfectly with SME. I use it daily for client support.

If your clients are also using SME as their server gatway, use the 'Port Forwarding' panel in Server Manager to forward the ports to the workstations.
