Topic: mrtg stopped graphing

I discovered mrtg stopped working yesterday, last entry 22.55. snmp is running, entry in crontab is:
0-59/5 * * * * root /etc/mrtg/all-ip.
find / -name "*mrtg.*"  strangely does not find any mrtg.log. How do i restart mrtg as it is no service?

... because the time wasn't right. System was set to "PM" instead of "AM". I want a true 24 hour setting.
