Topic: Turning off globals in PHP template (How do I create )

We are trying to use a program call VegaDNS on a 6.0.1 box here at our shop and are running into the Globals eror in the script. I went to edit the php.ini file and saw the disclaimer at the top about creating a custom template for this.

Of course I ignored this and edited it anyway. And after a reboot it reset itself.

How do I create the template, and what is the phrasing I need to be using. Or does someone out there have a template created for this very thing?
