phpBB upgrade

phpBB upgrade

I'm running phpBB 2.0.6 on SME 6.0.1-01. Has anybody got some experience on upgrading phpBB to 2.0.8. If so, in which way should I try to upgrade? I tried the changed files only method but it didn't work out. Had to reinstall and restore database.
