Topic: installing fetchmail

Ive got a SME 6.0.1. I found the link to this site in someone elses post...

Now how do I go about installing both of those RPM files? Obviously I would need to copy them onto the server... but then what?

Would really appreciate any help

Just follow the instructions on the site:

ssh to your sme, login as root, type:

rpm -Uvh http://sme.swerts-knudsen.dk/downloads/sme-upgppp-1.0-1.noarch.rpm

rpm -Uvh http://sme.swerts-knudsen.dk/downloads/sme-fetchmail-1.0-2.noarch.rpm

this will download and install fetchmail.
probably reboot

that's it.
