Topic: secure smtp and users still cannot send outside domain

I installed clamd + amavis + spamassassin on my sme 5.6 box and I saw that it installed secure smtp and it appears to work, however people outside who authenticate still cannot send email outside the domain. If they try they get sorry that host is not on my rcpthosts list. Any ideas?
