I have a client running SME 5.5 as their email server. Everything has been going fine for several years. They have one user whos external email is bouncing. Internal works fine (from other SME users).
I have checked the admin console for forwards (none). I have also manually checked for the .qmail file (looks fine, same as all the others). I can't see any reason that this one user would have this problem. The server is in server & gateway mode, dedicated and is also the companies firewall ssystem.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
