Topic: server-manager hangs!! error 500

please someone to point me to some direction here
my /server/server-manager suddenly hangs with error 500 internal inconsistency
where can I check what wrong ?

I do a reinstall "upgrade" and the problem continues
any help will be appreciated

at /var/log/httpd/admin_error_log
i found
"browser asked for missing language es-mx"

how does this mexican get here ??

anyone knows where I shall put the mx files or changed to another language ?
