I am having trouble restoring from desktop. I did a fresh install and set up a user account to gain a network connection. When I restore from desktop there is a lot of hard disk activity which stops after a few minutes then on the control panel of the desktop machine I loose the RHS screen then after about 30 seconds the screen comes up with "unable to connect" screen.
The only extra rpm installed was multipop 0.1-4 from Stephen Noble.
It is only a 70MB backup on a windows 98 machine using IE6.
Can anyone help?
