Topic: SME Newbie - can't get mail to work??? need a little help!!

hi folks;
 
Can't believe I hadn't heard of this project until 2 weeks ago!!!
I have a M$ background and am still learning Linux.   My play network at home has a Smoothwall as my gateway to an ADSL supplier. I run a Win2K server for internal DNS and DHCP etc.. I ran up SME6 as a test on a separate name space [maxgen.linux] and created appropriate zone with an 'A' record for www. [no MX records] I have not run an internal mailserver before and thought I might look at moving everything to linux at home anyway - and SME seemed a great way to do this. SME is not config'd to do anything (I think!!!) except mail and web.

Anyway the problem is that I can't get the webmail to work haven't even tried to see if a POP3 or other client will work. I get the interface for login and try to login as admin but recieve the following message in the browser:

I have included a portion of the SQL log and msg log. Hoping someone can set me on the right path....
