My 6.01 server seems to be blocking my IP

Brand new install on Saturday.

OK I'm pretty sure that my home IP is being prevented from accessing email and even pinging my server. I may have caused this behavior by trying to to add my non local network as local. I can not ping the machine or send/receive email, not even using SSL which is working fine at 2 other non local addresses.
I can ping and send/receive from the other two networks. I was able to do all these things from my home network on Saturday but sometime Sunday morning it decided I was the enemy!
I have Damien Curtain's securemail installed and it was working for me for a while. It is still working for everyone else.
I also have Amavis, Clam, and Ray Mitchell's SMTP mailfront Spam and attachment blocking installed.

Any ideas why my server is being antisocial?
