Topic: SME6.0 - Development rpms

What are the names and versions of the rpms , kernal headers etc needed to allow programs to be compiled on a SME6.0 server.  I am currently having a problem with flexbackup not working with my Tandberg SL60 tape drive and I want to compile Taper as this worked well on the previous SME 4.x server.
