SME and Dial-up ISDN lines

SME and Dial-up ISDN lines

How well does SME cope with dial-up ISDN lines? The ISDN modem is an internal card. Are there any that are recommended for SME, or are externals better, how do you control the dial-ups etc etc?

Sorry to be so broad, but I know nothing about how SME will cope with this.
