SQUID or SQUIDGUARD - How to modify URL??

Hi,

I'm looking for a Method that allows me adding a URL-Prefix for each enterd URL.

eg.:

User types:   www.google.com

SQUID surfs: http://www.the-cloak.com/Cloaked/+cfg=32/http://www.google.com


But only for HTTP not HTTPS
