As user of a cable ISP, I setup my SME as server & gateway with the same hostname (I don't fully understand why

, but that's what I read in some setup issues for your POP3 to work properly between different users in the LAN). So on the POP3 side no problem

, but on the SMTP side there is a problem

when sending mails to people who have an account with the same cable ISP... with other providers there is no problem!
Here a copy of the mailer daemon message:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at cableISP.XX.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
first.last@e-smith.cableISP.XX:
Sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.1.1)
Of course my mailprogram on the LAN point directly to the outside cable SMTP IP, also E-smith delegate the mail to the SMTP IP, because the cable company don't allow to send our mail otherwise

.
So why the SME and qmail is interfering with my mail sended directly to my ISP SMTP and bouncing me back that the outside adress is unknown inside (of course

).
Is there a workaround/solution to this problem? Would be great

!
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
Selder (using my son's account... Sorry Tuinslak!
