problem using dungog-backup
« on: August 08, 2004, 01:50:23 PM »
Hi there!

I have just bought all of the dungog.net's comm. rpm
it works just fine, but one little problem

when i have createt a backup drive and hit the "refresh" button the status still indicates the drive being offline :-(

Here is what i have done :
i wants to make the backup to my desktop witch runs win XP pro
i have then createt the "Drive name:" as "//php/backup" - Have allso tryed "\\php\backup"
php - the name of my machine (as other pc's in the network sees me)
backup - the name of the folder i have createt on a HD at my desktop
as drive type i selects "share"

no username / password are enterd... not needed to access my pc.

But it wont turn out as being online - no mather what the status woud be "offline"

Does you have a sugestion to what i shoud change ?
