Topic: Hostnames and addresses

Before I wipe these out..

Is there a reason that the default hostnames and addresses are in the server manager console? Would it be ok to delete the ones I dont want or are they for a purpose for the SME server?

Do you mean items under the the "Domain" tab ?

If not, which ?

If you don't need them, yes you can delete them.  Easiest way to think of them is that they function as dns records for the local lan.  If you are not hosting any domains that need any of the records listed, you can delete them.

Thanks cc, always a little cautious when I am not sure. Knowing my luck I would delete them and the box wouldn't start.
