Hi I'm using Arkeia light on my SME 6 Server. I'm using the Windows XP JAVA GUI client to connect to my server through VPN. I am unable to do a backup since I always get an error message that the device /dev/st0 is locked? I was using flexbackup and I've deleted the TOC from the tapes. I've tried to issue the command mt -f /dev/st0 unlock and I get a input/ouput error. I am able to write to the tapes with flexbackup or tar but Arkeia I can't? I've tried it on another server and I get the same problem.
Can someone please inlighten me!
