Topic: SME Server 6.0.1 slow backup to desktop

Problem: SME Server-Manager Backup only transfers data to a Desktop at a rate of 150 to 200Kb/sec over an 100 Mbs ethernet two user windows workgroup network.

I am using a SME 6.0.1 new install on a
Asus P5-99VM system board with AMD K6-2/400Mhz processor,Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 60GB ATA/133 drives configured as 32GB normal and ATA/66,
CMOS for the server Primary master drive= CHS,UDMA 4, 33822MB
256MB SDRAM

Receiving box is an ASUS P5A-B with a K6-2/350 processor.
256MB SDRAM
secondary master - 18GB WD AC418000 Ultra ATA 66 disk drive
Windows XP SP-2

At that transfer rate it will take all day to backup the 6GB thats on the server now. Is this a normal transfer rate? What would be the transfer rate if I used a USB 2.0 backup drive on the server?
