control dhcpd as user www - how?

control dhcpd as user www - how?

Hi there,

pleas help me how to start and stop the dhcp servers within a CGI-Panel which run as user WWW.
I know i should possible with sudo. But I don't know how.

Please tell me a working example inluding all scripts and rights.
