Topic: Help!! Email forwarded with wrong FQDN

I have posted this in the General Forum but not 1 answer, so I'll try here.

I have installed SME 6.0.01-1, and configured as 'domain.local', in the initial configuration.

then setup a virtual domain as 'domain.com.au' in server manager.

The problem is when a Email is forwarded, it gets returned as Failure Notice.

I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Connected to IP x.x.x.x but sender was rejected.
Remote host said: 553 5.1.8
<FETCHMAIL-DAEMON@portal.domain.local>... Domain of sender address
FETCHMAIL-DAEMON@portal.domain.local does not exist

So how do I get the valid domain name to be sent, instead of the local domain name.


I really need help on this
