Changing admins email in Twiggi

Changing admins email in Twiggi

How do I change the admins from email in Twiggi.

It is currenty set to admin@?????.inet and I would like to change it to admin@?????.co.uk.

As it stands every time I try to send out going email it is bounced back to me.
