Topic: Can't create new users

I'm trying to add some more users to an SME 6.0.1 box. I can fill in the form as normal, but no extra users appear when I click "save" and it goes back to the user list.

There are no errors appearing in /var/log/messages.

I'm logged in to the web management interface as "admin".

What gives? Anyone got any idea?

I had this problem using Opera as a browser. Not only no user, but no i-bay, reboot/shutdown or any other panel inputs. I tried using an alternative browser, like Mosilla or IE and things work as designed.

I don't know the cause, but the work-around works.

I had the exact same problem using Opera. No problems when I switched to IE.

That's cracked it!

I don't trust IE but whereas earlier versions of Firefox wouldn't work on this PC, for some reason I never traced, 0.9.3 and 1.0PR work fine and they can create users perfectly.
