Topic: Domain setup

I am a new user to SME and have the IPCOP Firewall setup with the SME 6.0.1 Web server behind the firewall.  I need some better instructions on how to setup a virtual domain than what is avalible.  I have the domain setup, an i-Bay account associated to it but can not FTP to it.  Does anyone have some instructions for the NEWBE.... Please.

Have you enabled ftp access in the remote access section of server-manager, then have you enabled public access via web or anonymous ftp in the required ibay and set  permissions in the 2 field above that?
Also you'll need to NAT port 21 to your server
