Topic: Error 404 while to load squid guard as root

Hello I'm trying to load squid from root using wget http://tech geeks.org/servers/sme/squidGuard/squidguard3.2.tar.gz

When I type it into a regular browser it works, but at root I connect to the site with the ip 216.125.202.199  it awaits a response and then comes up with the 404 not found.

works for me (note the hyphen)

I think I know what is going i have to find the outside port of proxy server/ firewall ( redhat 7.3 proxy server valhalla)  Its getting reallly interesting at this point.
