Topic: deferral: Unable_to_switch_to_ AGAIN

I have 300 mails accounts on my SME server, but 19 accounts dont receive mails, the error is following

deferral:  Unable_to_switch_to_/home/e-smith/files/users/luciani:_access_denied._

I search the forum, check all permissions, and nothing, i dont cant resolve this problem.

Maybe you'll try to delete, readd the users?

Yes but doesnt work,

what I do is, copy all /home/e-smith/files/users directory to another HD,
enter manually on files shadow, groups, passwd,  accounts and delete old users accounts.

lat-dump users using lat-tools, delete all users ussing lat-users -d to delete,

import again with lat-users -a

copy the passwords

the correct the problem
