Topic: Backup 5.5 and restore to 6.0.1

I am changing three 5.5 systems for new 6.0.1 systems. Is there a problem backing up the 5.5 to Work Station and restoring to 6.0.2
Two systems are only file servers so I can do it manually if needed but one system is a mail server with out SpamAssassin and 65 accounts, the new 6.0.1 has SpamAssassin.

here's one Abeloveless did, it was a 5.6 restored the data (800 accounts) to a new 6.0.1
