Hi Developers and webmaster of Contribs.
First of all i must say its wonderful product, no doubt about it.
I came to know about this from IPCop mailing list member. I was searching for option to setup Dansguardian, Spammassination, Antivirus etc.
Some one suggested me not to have such things on firewall and keep aside it one another machine and i came to know about SME. After going thru website i came to know that its another firewall, but i thought let me try, nothing wrong in it, because dam good features.
I started and got confused how to setup Internet-->IpCop-->SME--> LAN
Intension was to have such setup to use IpCop as firewall and firewall only..nothing else on it.
SME --> for Dansguardian, Sapm filtering and antivirus gateway for proxy as well as mail.
Kindly improve in the website. My personal openion i found quite difficult to get howto's. If i get how to difficult to find out download.
There is list of download folders in the contribs, but no text file about it. I mean how some newB know that what is the module used for ?
Mailing list also, very rare and with huge time dealy i am getting reply, which is not the case in IPCop.
My guess either i am the only person as newB facing lot of problem or users are less in the list. What ever right now i am using it for testing purpose. But if experts helps is available product will definately get good popularity.
