Topic: Outgoing emails - file size attachment

Hi,
We are using SMS Server 5.5 Update6-02.
I have some users who keep sending emails with large attachment files (ie: 5mo) ... which slow down our connection.
I have installed the anti spam program ASSP which allows me to stop attachments (ie: jpg files) but it is not satisfactory because we need to be able to send jpg files for example.
Is it possible to set a attachment file size ?
I know it is possible to tweak the size for  webmail / php ... Is it also possible when not using webmail, but rather program like Outlook or Mozilla.
