I have smtp auth configured in my SME server,
however sometimes I get spam messages that seems
to come from a valid user in my domain (e.g: spammer@mycompany.com.
How can I block them?
Thanks in advance

Check the ip address in the header of the email to see where it is 'truly' coming from. You should be able to block emails from that domain.
