Topic: Two networks NOT WORK TOGETHER

Hi all
I have problem with two networks.
I take two conections ( in seperate places 300km away ) at one provider. He gives me adreses like :
XXX.XXX.XXX.161 gateway
XXX.XXX.XXX.162-174 IPs
255.255.255.240 subnet

and second
XXX.XXX.XXX.177 gateway
XXX.XXX.XXX.178-190 IPs
255.255.255.240 subnet

serever is on 162 adrerss
from first net all works o.k.
second network can't see server, but normaly pings other comps ( except adress 162 ). From first also
normal comps pings each other.
I put comp after server  and it can't also ping
from inside second network comps.
I tried to make private networks and so on, but nothing helps.
Plese somebody HELP.
