Topic: Getting SA to save spam for directory on the SME machine

Is it possible to  get SpamAssassin on SME6 to save any spam it catches to a folder on the SME machine rather than loosing it ? Our SME machine sits infront of an exchange box and forwards any email to the exchange server. I want to know that i can look at any spam that it catches just to be sure.
