I'm not 100% on SME but it appears as though these are attempts to start these more than once. init + rc if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

This also occurs whenever a change is made eg add user, chnage settings etc.

I now suspect this is a hardware problem does anyone know of a decent linux cpu tester. I already tested RAM with memtest and HDD with e2fsck.

It was a faulty CPU
