Can somebody give me the FTP

I ftp'd into my system, logged in as admin, then changed to the above directory.

I didn´t work.
My FTP setup from Weatherlink are :

HOST :  midnam.fo
Port :  21
Username : admin
Password : *****
Remote Server Path : ibays\primary\html

Then I get the answer : Error setting : FTP directory path 'ibays\primary\html'

What is wrong ?

Note the the P in Primary is uppercase not lowercase.
