Topic: Cannot send files with icq 2003b

Since upgrading to icq 2003b I have not been able to send files. I have set the connection settings to using firewall and not using proxy which worked with version 2003a. I have also port forwarded 6891 - 6900 from my server and this allows me to receieve files but I cannot send files.  I am using mitel SME version 6.0
Does anyone know how to enable sending of files with icq?
