Topic: Strange Problem - Login Script

I have 2 machines one running sme 6.0 and my home machine running 6.0.1-01

I have downloaded and installed http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/e-smith/contrib/DanielvanRaay/RPMS/noarch/e-smith-loginscript-0.2-2.noarch.rpm

and then run ln -s /home/e-smith/files/samba/netlogon /home/netlogon.

On my home machine (6.0.1-01) all works fine. On the other machine (6.0) When I try to use the Server-Manager / "Modify Windows login script" and enter the following:

net time \\sme6 /set /yes

net use P: \\sme6\public_sh

#ifg myob_gp
net use M: \\sme6\myob_sh
#end if

..... I have about 6 different ones (ifg's that is).

and then I  click save  and get the following error

Error: There are misplaced #if tag(s) or Missing #endif tag(s). Script NOT saved.

I have even copied the example from:-
See this example to get a better idea. and they also give me the error.

Any help or advise would be appreciated.

In your script you have:

#end if

what you need is:

#endif

Thank you very much. A good case of can't see the wood for the trees.

This is not an excuse but I write a fair bit of Microsoft Access code and you mostly end it with
End If (with the space)

I went and corrected my error to-day and the login script now works fine.
