SpamAssassin Sensitivity change

SpamAssassin Sensitivity change

I want to change the sensivity of spamassasin in sme6 to either 4 or 4.5.

Can anyone tell me how i can go about this ? the spamassassin panel only has 5 or 2 as an option.
