unfortunely . The link to http://ftp.nakedape.cc/nakedape/rh73/rpm/opengroupware/ seems to be broken.

You can build it from source. See http://www.opengroupware.org/en/devs/source/index.html
For what I understand you also have to install PostgreSQL.

I don't have any experience with is but I'm curious if you get it working.
