Hi, check the user account settings in the server manager panel.

Hi.

The user settings are set to local delivery and forward. The user has a valid account. The issue is that the forwarding doesn't work... I sent a test email from a separate linux box to the intended recipient of the forwarding - that was successful.

So does anyone have any other ideas?

Thanks,

Does the email send from the server?  ie.. You server is set up to receive mail from the 'Wide World', but in the out going side of things, does it work.  I have found that in some instances, you have to put your ISP's mailserver in the SMTP section.

Good luck,

KegRaider.

Hi.

I have several users both inside and outside the organization which can all send and receive. I have set up a test account for myself in the past using the same server to send and receive emails.

This was all successful.

Any other ideas? I tried viewing the logs and I don't see anything that would point in the right direction...
