Topic: detecting network card

Hello,

I have added a network card to a SME server configured in SERVER ONLY mode. Now I want to configure it as a server&gateway but it doesn't seems to detect the network card I have just added...

I have rebooted the serve, I have updated it with the same sme version cd...

Any idea?

No need to "update" with CD reinstall, just re-run "configure this server" after logging in as admin.  If the NIC is still not detected, and you KNOW it's one that's supported by SME, check your BIOS settings.  Otherwise, you'll either have to find/compile drivers or chuck the NIC and buy another.
