We are running E-smith version 4.x. Our server has be configured to fetch POP3 server from our ISP and SMTP processing. Recently, I have couple users that send e-mail to customers with the following info showing on the body of the e-mail. Does anyone what caused this? Or is my ISP has some kind of spam software that added this header?

X-MX-Spam: exempt
X-MX-MAIL-FROM: <email account> --> our email
X-MX-SOURCE-IP: [ISP MAIL SERVER'S IP]
We have no spam software in the E-smith just antivirus software 'Vexira/VAM'.
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
