I have a user called 'office' on our new (and still unfamiliar) SME Server v6.01 set to deliver mail both locally and to an external e-mail address. Mail is being delivered successfully to the local address, but isn't forwarding, though ordinary sending (from Outlook via the SME Server) to an external address from this user (and from other users) IS working.
I can't find anything in the documentation, or by searching the forums, to suggest why this isn't working.
Has anyone any suggestions please, either for what might be causing the problem, or for where I should look for help? Where might useful diagnostic log information be found, for example?
